Return & Replacement Policy

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry items unless they are defective. We are committed to providing high-quality products and will replace or refund items that arrive faulty or damaged.

Defective Products

A "Defective Product" refers to any item containing a material imperfection in its manufacture or design that renders it less acceptable, useful, or safe than reasonably expected. If you believe your item is defective, please follow the instructions below to begin the replacement process.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 10 days of receipt at shauntefooy@gmail.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number and item name
  • A description of the defect or damage
  • Clear photos of the product for assessment

Once we have received and reviewed your request, we will confirm whether the item is eligible for a replacement or refund. If a defect is verified, we will arrange for the item to be collected by courier at no cost to you and provide a replacement or a full refund, as you prefer.

Our jewellery may change colour over time due to natural wear and exposure to elements.

Normal wear and tear or colour changes over time are not covered under this policy.
